College Wicca

August 19, 2006--Still alive! Things have been a bit crazy on my end, so I've had to put site updates on the back burner. I am even working on a site overhaul, but the creative process can be challenging. (Read: I keep changing my mind. *sigh*)

I know I have many submitted links to post, and you haven't been forgotten. I want to get page layout locked in first, so all those links are in a folder ready to go. To help you get the exposure you're looking for, though, I have added a free links service for now. All links will require approval before posting to keep people from abusing the system, but it'll be far faster for those of you who want a link. If you've already submitted, feel free to submit again to this links page.

Otherwise, I'm still monitoring the forum (I don't like to speak up much because I want to avoid that "The site owner has SPOKEN" sense that tends to kill threads) and welcome people to join in.

Thank you for your patience!

April 22, 2006--Taking a break... I know I haven't posted in a while, and have gotten a month behind on the Weeklies. Those three weeks were incredibly busy with Ren Faire, friends coming to visit, taking another friend in for surgery, writing the Beltane ritual for the Pagan order I'm a member of and will be holding next Wednesday, and finishing up my Second Degree classes. Coming up, I'm going to an anime con, a Pagan retreat with the Order, and a trip to my fiance's family's house.

Frankly, my brain has been in so many places, I've just needed time for myself for a change.

Nothing's wrong, I just need to go on hiatus for a little bit. I'll be back eventually. I just want a little time to read some more, sew my new ritual robes, etc. etc. I sit in front of this same computer all day for work, so once the work day's over, I just need to get away from it to maintain my sanity. I still monitor and participate in the forum, and we've got a lot of good regulars who are probably some of the most sensible and down-to-earth Pagans I've had the honor of chatting with, so please join in. Also, if you're really curious about what I'm up to, you can check out my LiveJournal.

For those of you who liked the Dailies and the Weeklies, I'm leaving the archives up so you can continue to have something to do.

Thanks so much for your understanding, and hopefully this mental health break will result in a fresh perspective and new things for the site!

Weekly Meditation Archives

March 5, 2006--Weekly Updates I apologize for the lateness of the Weeklies. Last Saturday there were server problems that kept the sit down until late Monday. The rest of the week was pretty busy that often had me away from the computer for long periods of time. I thought about just making last week's Weekly to be for this week, but decided it was simply better to stay on track. So I've posted this week's Weekly, and you can see the archives for last week's as well. Enjoy!

February 19, 2006--Website Updates I know I have received a lot of links lately that haven't been posted yet. I've been in the process of trying to see if some website design changes should be put into place to better accomodate and organize the links. At this point, the links pages are beginning to look a bit disorganized and chaotic. Sure, I embrace quite a bit of chaos in my life, but that doesn't mean I want to force it upon the readers!

The major catch is, and I say this a lot, I am a Gemini and have a tendency to change my mind...especially when it comes to modes of communication. I want the pages to be both useful and aesthetic, and keep going back and forth on the layout. I still have all the links sent to me, and will get them posted. You have not been forgotten or ignored.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
